Executive Search

Recruiting the best talent in today’s competitive Healthcare / Life Science market is a task that requires a strategic, tactical and personal approach. Many clients find this to be a valuable tool and integral to support their decisions and long term talent management strategy.

On-boarding

The first 90 days for a new senior executive are THE most important, and can often determine the success or failure of their appointment. To maximise their potential for success, we can provide new senior executives with access to an independent coach to support them, act as a sounding board and provide advice, leading to a smoother transition, integration and positive impact on their new business.
