After engaging with the market, within 6 weeks of commencing the search, Eventum Partners presented a range of experienced candidates to the client which led to the successful appointment of the UK Head of Sales. The European VP was so impressed with one of the other shortlisted candidates that they gained the support from Global HQ to create a new position and bring forward the plans for future investment, as they felt this person would help to develop a new division of their business.
Our client was the European HQ of a US Biopharmaceutical company who were looking to appoint a Medical Director for their German affiliate. Whilst Eventum Partners were retained to conduct this search, the client recognised they had some short term challenges in the German market. To solve this problem, Eventum Partners provided an experienced Interim Medical Director to deal with these issues until the new incumbent could start. As a part of the Eventum Partners solution, we also provided the new permanent Medical Director with access to an Executive Coach to help with their onboarding through their first 90 days. The combination of the interim, the handover and the onboarding led to a smooth transition and enabled the new incumbent to be effective and add value sooner rather than later.
Our client was a leading national healthcare provider who were facing a number of challenges within their national clinical teams. Eventum Partners were asked to find a highly competent board level interim manager who was fully familiar working with the Care Quality Commission and other relevant regulators; and someone who could demonstrate strong leadership capabilities to implement a change management programme within the company’s clinical operations division.
